I was a student at Rose State College, and Olena Steinmetz was my Zumba instructor - the college required a health/physical class as a graduation requirement, so I signed up for Zumba. Olena brought a radiant energy to the class, and she encouraged all her students. She showed modified moved for those who may have physical limitations, and she encouraged us to stay hydrated!I also love how if I heard a song that I thought would work with Zumba, she was more than willing to work on developing a choreography to use the song. Olena quickly became an instructor I adored to the point of going to a gym outside the college, just so I could attend her classes. Olena is a rarity in the fitness world. She truly cares about the health and well being of others. I love how warm and welcoming she is, and I love how she meets people at their level of fitness, and encourages them to do their best. Those who are fortunate to take a class with Olena will walk away with the assurance they have a top notch fitness instructor.
